RGC SEMOP

The site is located at RGC Semop, Pulau Bruit Land District, Mukah Division, Sarawak and accessable by road from Sibu with ferry crossing near Pulau Bruit.

The project has been sand filled with basic infrastructures such as road and drainage, water, and electricity has been implemented. The total no of units for the whole project is 300 units of 700 sq. feet per unit. The proposal provides for the simple yet modern living with all the basic amenities included. The design can also cater for future expansion.
