RSP TABUAN MELAYU II (STAGE 2)

Daya Builders Sdn Bhd was appointed by Housing Development Corporation to carry out the construction and completion of one (1) block of ten (10) storey apartment comprising of 100 units of Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) affordable apartments with related facilities / utilities.

This project is located near Masjid Darul Hajat, Lorong Kampung Tabuan Hilir, Muara Tabuan Light Industrial Park, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak.

The scope of work shall comprise of the planning, construction, equipments, supervision, testing and commissioning, all strictly in accordance with Housing Development Corporation’s requirement. The works shall include and shall not limited to the following buildings & facilities:

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF 100 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE RUMAH SPEKTRA (RSP) TABUAN MELAYU II, NO. S/1D/7-18 LOTS 12, 1425 (STATE LANDS) AND 2638, BLOCK 12, MUARA TEBAS LAND DISTRICT, KUCHING (STAGE 2).
